• Show Coordinator: Board members only!
  • Collect tickets: at Haus der Karten (pick up Fri by 5.30pm, Sat by 1.30pm).
  • Box office: Sells tickets and hands out reserved tickets.
  • Bar helper: prepares bar, sells drinks.
  • Usher: sets up chairs, prepare the theatre, welcome the audience, checks tickets, hands out programmes.
  • Press Duty: Board members only!
  • Announcement: Board members only or board member assigned!
  • Stand-by helpers: If you sign up as stand-by helpers, you have not made a firm commitment for the evening, but have only indicated a general availability. We might contact you if any of the 3 helpers have to cancel for the evening and ask you specifically if you can fill in for them.
  • All helpers work before show, in intermission and after show in coordination with show coordinator.
    • Everyone should report to show coordinator on arrival to receive instructions.
    • Before the show, the chairs must be set up in the auditorium.
    • After the show, the chairs must be removed and the auditorium cleaned.
  • On show evenings followed by Meet the Keller” (marked with “+MtK” in the table) all helpers must stay about half an hour after the show.

  1. Please enter your name in the table below.
  2. Below the table, enter first name, last name, telephone number and email so that we can reach you if something changes. All data will be deleted at the end of the current production.
